I was 60 pounds overweight. My marriage was failing. My career had plateaued, and effort wasn’t enough anymore. From the outside, it looked like I was doing well. Underneath, the structure holding my life and leadership together was starting to crack.
I had risen quickly in the Air Force, then transitioned into corporate leadership and became an IT Executive in a Fortune 500 company. But performance without structure always hits a ceiling. Eventually, I hit mine.
EFOS came out of rebuilding that system from the ground up — across body, business, relationships, and the way I led under pressure. This wasn’t a comeback. It was an operating system upgrade.
